Refund policy



Thank you for shopping with Zumclo. We take pride in the quality of our men’s apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. The 5-Day Return Window

You have 5 calendar days from the date you received your parcel to request a return or exchange.

  • Strict Rule: If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To ensure a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn & Unused: Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Tags Attached: All original tags must be intact.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original Zumclo packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or receipt.

IMPORTANT: Any item that shows signs of use, smells of perfume/detergent, or is missing tags will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Unboxing Video)

We thoroughly inspect all T-shirts, Polos, and Trousers before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • You must contact us immediately at zumclo92@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92307 7859493.

  • Requirement: We require an Unboxing Video (a video of you opening the sealed courier bag for the first time) to process claims for missing or damaged items. Without a video, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale/Clearance Items: All items purchased during a Sale or using a "Flash Sale" discount code are final sale.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Note: For size exchanges where the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds (Prepaid): The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card) within 10 business days.

  • Approved Refunds (Cash on Delivery): Since COD payments cannot be reversed via the courier, we will issue your refund via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Our team will contact you for your account details.

  • Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be used or opened/damaged by the customer, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at zumclo92@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will be provided with the address of our fulfillment center.

  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective).
